Located in the beautiful Rocky Mountain foothills outside of Moscow Idaho. Our mission here at Troy Creek is to produce cattle that can be finished on grass as nature intended and still produce the highest quality beef available. Grass fed beef is healthier to eat, better for the environment, and more humane. Our herd of Lowlines live a free and happy life with daily access to quality pasture.

After much research, we settled on the Lowline Angus breed of cattle, because we discovered that this small breed is ideal for any small or medium size grass fed cattle operation. They are great mothers, very hearty, and easy to handle. In addition, they have been bred for over 40 years to produce a quality carcass that can be finished on grass. After breeding purebred dogs for more than 30 years, we decided on the Bullmastiff as the best breed for us. We have bred Fox terriers, Pit bulls, Jack Russell Terriers and none gives the combination of a relaxed, easy going, family pet that has NO TROUBLE being a ferocious guardian when the need arises. This shouldn't be a surprise, as the dog was developed in England more than 150 years ago and nicknamed the "Gamekeepers Night Dog".
